Role Description
Responsible for:
Collection of suggestions for speakers.
Invitation speakers.
Organisation of colloquium programme.
Liaise with College Timetable Officer over room bookings.
Publicity, including maintenance of the
Colloquium Programme
on WWW.
Reservation of overnight accommodation and lunch
Agreement of travel expenses.
Nomination of individual responsible to act as 'host' to speaker.

8th week of each term
Start organisation of next term's colloquium programme.
Thursday/Friday during term-time
Make sure speaker is being looked-after appropriately.
