Quiz: function calls

This quiz generates a sequence of fairly similar programs. Most of the programs generated will be valid but a small number will have a mistake in the function call (the rest of the program will be OK). To answer correctly you must:

1. Decide whether the function call is correct or not.
2. If the call is correct, decide the values of the numbers that will be printed to the screen.
