For the duration of the conference, email facilities are available on the second floor of the Harrison building and at several public access terminal rooms around campus (including the main library).
Usernames and passwords will be issued to delegates at the conference desk. This will then allow telnet and web access from the Exeter systems. If a SSH (secure shell) terminal is required for you to access home systems, the free demo version of the MindTerm SSH-1&2 applet is available online for Netscape and Internet Explorer from MindBright Technology. By following one of the previous two links, a Java applet will load and will allow you to connect directly to your home computer.
