How to reach us:

The University is located in Exeter, the beautiful county town of Devon in the South West of England. It can be reached by train from London (Paddington or Waterloo). Delegates from London airport (Heathrow) should take the airport bus to Reading and then the train to Exeter. Alternatively coaches run from London (Victoria) or Heathrow directly to Exeter. Fares and times are listed below. The University is a few minutes taxi-ride from either the train or coach station. Additional information is available, as well as a map of the campus.

There are discounts for group bookings of ten or more (01392 56908). Additionally, anyone under the age of 26 or a full time UK student can buy a `Young Persons Railcard', valid for one year that costs 16 pounds but entitles you to a 1/3 reduction in train fares (not valid for Apex tickets).

Train Times:
Heathrow to Reading is via a Coach Service, time given is from Terminal 1. Heathrow and Gatwick services should change at Reading, travelling from London Paddington is direct. All times are departure times.

Discounts:

1. If you are over 55, a student or under 25 you can buy a Discount Coachcard which will give up to 30% off most normal fares (except advance) and costs 7 pounds for 1 year or 18 pounds for 3 years.
2. Children (15 and under) receive a discount of up to 30% off the adult fare.
3. Up to 2 children travel free with a Family Coachcard (14 pounds for 1 year).

Coach Times:
All services operate daily. Bus goes to Central Bus Station, for Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Heathrow bus is either 404 or 501R. The Gatwick bus is the same as Heathrow but requires a change mid-journey.
