General


The meeting will take place in the School of Physics on Campus.

The accommodation is on Campus in Nash Grove, Clydesdale Rise.  This is the address to give if you take a taxi from the station. Please collect your key from the bar or the office in Clydesdale House.

The total cost of the meeting is £140 which includes all meals and accommodation on Friday and Saturday.  Payment may be made by cheque, cash, or credit card (Mastercard and Visa).  Please make cheques payable to "The University of Exeter".

Breakfast for people staying at Nash Grove will be served 8:00-9:00 am on Friday.  Notices giving the time on Saturday will be posted at Nash Grove; please ask at the bar if you require assistance.


Programme


The timetable and agenda is intended to be flexible to accommodate slightly longer or shorter presentations, and discussion as required.

Thursday 13th April
Participants arrive in the evening; please meet at The Imperial, New North Road.  This is a big, old hotel converted into a pub, and is situated between St. David's Station and the University campus.  It is within easy walking distance of both the station and the accommodation at Clydesdale - see map.  We plan to be there from 20:00 onwards, but please feel free to arrive earlier if you wish!
