Job Description

Areas of responsibility:

1. Contract management (for radiography programme(s))
2. PHC Resource Management Group
3. Programme re-validation, audit, QAA (or successor) (liasing with Programme Lead(s))
4. Programme major syllabus changes (liaising with Programme Lead(s))
5. Programme development (liaising with Programme Lead(s))
6. Budget management (liaising with Programme Lead(s))
7. Identification of new opportunties, including programmes, courses and contracts
8. Development of new programmes and courses
9. Representation at external bodies, including Heads of Radiography Meetings with other HEIs
10. Chair of Radiography Education Steering Group
11. Attends Management Committee
12. Liaison with SHA regarding developments and opportunities (such as Placement Development Teams)
13. Contractual management of radiography programme staff, and liaison with Programme Lead(s) regarding day-to-day staffing matters
