General Responsibilities

1. Monitor flow of information from Northcote House or external; assess response - act or bring to Teaching Committee as appropriate.
2. Arrange business of Teaching Committee, prepare briefing paper, summary paper, identify issues for action..
3. Take a strategic view of the development of our teaching activities and encourage and initiate innovation.
4. Prepare School Learning and Teaching Development Plan and monitor its implementation via activities of the School Teaching Committee.
